At Call Out Caravan Services we don't stand still

We are committed to keeping up to date with the ever developing technology for Caravans and Motorhomes. For continual professional development we participate in regular training courses provided by manufacturers such as Whale, Truma, Dometic,  Alde, BPW and Alko.

To give our customers complete peace of mind and confidence that work done on their leisure vehicle is being carried out by appropriately trained engineers we are members of the following trade bodies -

Approved Touring Caravan & Motorhome Servicing

The Approved Workshop is a joint enterprise between the NCC (National Caravan Council), The Caravan Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club. It is the benchmark for motorhome and touring caravan servicing.

It is important to look after your tourer or motorhome, but when you have work done, you want to be sure that your vehicle has been serviced by trained and experienced professionals. The solution is to use an Approved Workshop. In order to be accepted on to the Scheme, all workshops must pass an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and must comply with the Scheme's rigorous standards. So you'll know that the right things are done, by the right people and to a high standard.

MCEA

The MCEA Quality Standard ("QS") Scheme is a code of conduct that participating engineers work to and offers a demonstrable minimum standard of workmanship to the caravanning public. The "QS" service schedule is at least equal to any other recognisable servicing standard in the UK.

Many "QS" members hold many other relevant qualifications and have achieved advanced competence levels for gas, electrics, running gear etc. giving you, the caravanning public complete peace of mind when booking an MCEA "QS" approved member.
